The world, and the people that live in it, can be very strange in what they both believe and then do. For example, would you believe that it could ever be possible for a coconut to be arrested?
On face value it does sound as if it would be a crazy thing to happen, but it is actually true.
Back in 2013, there were elections being held on the Maldives. However, the police on the islands received reports of something strange at one of the polling stations. Upon getting to the scene of the apparent crime they swiftly arrested a coconut. The charge? They said that the coconut was guilty of performing black magic and that it could then have an influence on the election.
However, the police ultimately brought along an expert in black magic who confirmed that it was indeed just a coconut and nothing else. There were no magical powers associated with the coconut and it was effectively released from police custody.
