This shows how humans can be extremely clever when they want to be. In Africa, the idea of trying to transport medication to villages that are in the middle of nowhere is often fraught with various difficulties. However, there has been an easier solution created and it is all to do with camels.
Now, this is not going to be the fastest method of getting something to its destination, but it certainly works. Basically, they need various medications to be kept cool which is tough when you are in Africa. So, what do you do?
The answer is in building solar-powered refrigeration tanks that are then carried to the destination on a camel. The only problem was that building this kind of thing was a lot harder than you would expect. The way in which the camel moves was a problem in particular so it had to be steady enough for it all to work. However, they were able to overcome different issues. Delivery by camel is now used in various desert villages throughout Africa with them getting those all-important medical supplies.
