It is estimated that in 2013, a whopping 15,414 men had penis enlargement procedures performed. Of those men, nearly 15% of them came from Germany. The country with the second-largest number of enlargement procedures performed was nowhere close to Germany’s number. 473 Venezuelan men had the penis enlargement operation done, as did 471 Spanish men and 295 Mexican men.
The trend of growth in the penis enlargement industry was first noticed in 2011, and it is now said that the enlargement surgery is the seventh most popular cosmetic or aesthetic surgery amongst men in Germany. Worldwide, it is still behind at least sixteen other types of cosmetic surgeries. Breast augmentations, liposuctions, eyelid surgeries, and lipostructure procedures were all performed over one million times in 2013.
