After spending the day out and about in a small New Hampshire town, he came back to find a $15 parking ticket on his car. The reason? He had parked his car backwards.
Mirman’s response cost a heck of a lot more than the parking ticket; he took out a full-page ad in the town’s newspaper. The ad mocked the town’s ordinances that, if you study their website, reveal that cars cannot be backed up to the curb. He signed the ad, “With Great Disappointment in You”. That’s one way to make a statement.
