Unless you stay in New York yourself, you may very well have the idea that New Yorkers are actually pretty dangerous. Well, it seems that this is kind of backed up by some studies even though the comparisons that are being drawn are perhaps not along the normal lines that you would expect to see.

You would be forgiven for wondering how on earth you could ever have any kind of statistics that combine the two, but it has been done. You see, it has been uncovered that more people are bitten each year by New Yorkers than sharks. Yep, that is an actual fact, and you have to admit that it is quite a scary one when you stop and think about it.
