Unhealthy foods can often be disguised as healthier foods, which is being proven true every day by fast food restaurants. You’d be surprised to see the nutritional information of some of these foods. Let’s take a look.

  • McDonald’s chicken Caesar salad has 730 calories and 53 grams of fat, while the Double Big Mac only has 680 calories and 38 grams of fat.
  • A steak and white cheddar panini on a sub roll from Panera sounds pretty harmless, right? Believe it or not, it clocks in at 940 calories and 1520 mg of sodium. That’s around ½ of your daily recommended calories and ⅔ your daily recommended sodium intake… in one sandwich!
  • Getting a 10-piece bag of chicken bites at KFC may seem like a much better choice than opting for some of the other foods, like fried chicken wings, mashed potatoes, and biscuits. But would you believe that those 10 pieces contain a whopping 1300 calories?! You could eat an entire watermelon for the same number of calories and less than one-tenth of the fat.
