People know that a mosquito is going to land on your skin and get some blood. However, have you ever wondered about how many of those annoying flying insects it would take for the entire human body to be drained of blood? Nope? Well, we are going to tell you anyway.
It’s pretty cool to think that somebody has worked this out, but we know the average amount of blood a single mosquito can take at any given time as well as the average amount of blood that a human being has in their body. By knowing these things, we can work out that it would take 1.2 million of them to achieve this particular feat.
Now, you have to admit that this is a lot of bites on your body, but the next time you see a mosquito, just remember that he is not going to be able to get a lot out of you, unless he has a number of friends behind him.
