It seems that almost anything can be described as being an offensive weapon if you look hard enough. Take the case in 2016 of a man who was officially charged with assault with a deadly weapon after he had the idea of throwing an alligator through a window that was part of a Wendy’s drive-thru. Quite why he decided to do this is still up for debate, but at the same time he was also charged with possession of an alligator.
Of course, we are not talking about a full-on adult alligator because he could hardly throw that any distance, but even still the next time you are thinking about using an alligator as a deadly weapon, then just remember that it is indeed against the law.
