When it comes to celebrity assassinations, the killing of John Lennon was certainly a shock to many. However, it seems that there was one person that had an inkling that this kind of thing could happen.
It turns out that both John Lennon and Yoko Ono had visited an astrologer some 11 years before his death. During that meeting, the astrologer warned John that he would be shot dead on an island. The couple certainly took it seriously as they then canceled a planned trip to the Greek Islands for a vacation.
However, as it turned out they were wrong, and the astrologer was sadly correct as John Lennon was then shot dead 11 years later while he was on Manhattan Island.
